The photographs for this property speak for themselves. It is a lovely, stone-built farmhouse, mainly renovated recently by British owners. It has a simple charm, unsophisticated but very comfortable, in a rural spot and nicely secluded. I have had very good feedback from clients who rented it during the last two seasons.
The house is about 2km from Toufailles where there is a boulangerie, post office and small grocery store. 7km away, there is the large village of Montaigu de Quercy where there is a lake and water activities, a better boulangerie, Post Office, shops and cafes, plus a Saturday market. The towns of Cahors, Villneuve-sur-Lot and Agen are all within about 40 minutes and offer all shopping and commercial facilities. Cahors, in particular, is a fascinating town with its old quarter, the Pont Valentre, a lively market and good shopping.
Total Seclusionand tranquility is more or less guaranteed as the houe is set in 6 hectares of land at the bottom of a prvate road.

6 hectares of grounds with very private swimming pool of 11m x 5m with adjoining eating area. Barbecue, garden furniture, parasols, etc. There may also be a summer kitchen for this year, but that is not yet built and, therefore, not promised. The views are superb.
The owner is planning a new verandah and summer kitchen by the pool for this coming season.
