This charming old stone farmhouse and its
 original farm buildings are in the form of a square set around a courtyard, making for a very sheltered situation. The buildings have been converted into four delightful houses, all of which are tastefully furnished and very well-equipped.
The property enjoys a lovely quiet position on the ridge between two valleys, so has the benefit of views on both sides. The large swimming pool, 12m x 8m, overlooks the valley, and there is also a children's pool of 6m x 3m, both built to municipal pool standards. The whole is set in spacious and pleasant grounds in which to wander, in all about 14 acres.
Situated about twenty minutes driving time from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and about thirty from Bergerac, both of which have good shopping facilities. Monflanquin, a few minutes drive away, is a bastide town with a lovely arcaded main square and a good weekly market. It has a selection of bars and restaurants, the nicest of which are in the square under the arcades. Laures, the nearest village which is within walking distance, has a small store/caf. For those who are very fit, Monflanquin is just about within walking distance, but the square is up in the highest point of the village so it could seem a very long haul on a hot day. There is a superb new fitness centre just outside the village, with tennis courts, indoor pool, etcetera. (Golf is a little further away at about twenty minutes drive.) There are many other bastide towns in the area, one of the most famous of which, Monpazier, is about twenty five minutes away.
Pigeonnier: Sleeps 4/6 in 2 bedrooms + Sofa Bed On 2 floors with Living/dining room with fireplace, Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom (bath with shower fitting) with WC, Separate WC,  Sofa bed available if required. Conservatory and open terrace with lovely views.
Prunery: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms On 2 floors with spacious Living Room with fireplace, Kitchen/Dining Room fully equipped with dishwasher. Separate WC. 3 Bedrooms : 1 double, 2 twins, Bathroom (bath with shower fitting) with WC. Terrace overlooking valley and swimming pool.
Stable: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms On one floor with large Living/Dining Room with fully appointed kitchen area with marvellous views. 2 twin bedrooms, Shower Room with WC. Terrace.
Winery: Sleeps 2 + 2 children or baby in 1 twin bedroom On 2 floors with spacious Living Room, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, bedroom at mezzanine level, Bathroom (bath with shower fitting) with WC. Terrace. There is also suitable space for one or two single divans, so it could sleep, if required, 2 adults plus 2 children.
All properties have their own terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Grounds and gardens of about 14 acres. Main Swimming Pool of 12 m x 8 m and a children's pool of 6 m x 3 m with several terraced areas for sunbathing. Built-in barbecue area. Children's Play Area, ample car parking.
There is also a communal games room and bar in one of the barns.
